The Abominable Snowman

The Abominable Snowman, also known as the Yeti is an Ape-Like humanoid mostly believed to have been seen in Nepal and Tibet.  The Term “Abominable Snowman was first used in 1921.  The Yeti was an ancient creature worshiped by the Himalayan people.  Stories vary on the color and size of the Yeti.  Some have reported being between 5’ and 6’ tall with brown hair.  Others say the Yeti is much taller with white hair that fits in with its glacial surroundings.  Yeti has been seen even as recent as 2011.

The Yeti has been used in Pop Culture including “Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer” (1964) and “Scooby Doo”.  For more Information on The Abominable Snowman, click here.
